We are committed to sourcing, milling, creating and baking good things for you, with minimum impact on our precious resources. With this in mind, we produce a variety of breads and treats, available through fine retailers and health food stores in Greater Victoria and the Southern Gulf Islands.
Our "menu" features cookies made with wholesome ingredients such as stone-ground organic spelt flour, breads hand-crafted from a variety of whole grains and seeds, and our simple, yet delicious, granolas.
